A little girl is somewhat of a cat whisperer, according to her mom.

"Luna has apparently bonded or is just obsessed with my daughter. This is the second cat we've had that is like this with her."

Mom added, "My daughter has even taken over my friends cat who does not like to be picked up but is perfectly content riding around slung up on her shoulder."
