For One Year, This Guy Only Ate Food That He Grew Or Foraged
February 2, 2020
Rob Greenfield, of Orlando, conducted an experiment to see if he could live off of only food that he grows himself for an entire year.
No grocery stores, no restaurants, not even a drink at a bar.
Over the year he grew over 100 different foods in his gardens, foraged over 200 foods from nature and he even grew and foraged his own medicine and vitamins.
"I hope that you are inspired to plant some food and support local farmers and growers in your area!" Rob said. "We definitely can't all do what I did, nor do we need to, but in the times we live in we all certainly do something to improve the world around us while increasing our own health and happiness."
