A Rescued Cow Gives Kisses To A Little Rescued Pig

Grace was rescued from the dairy industry. Joshua the pig was also rescued. Now they both live at Farm Animal Refuge in San Diego.

Grace is very caring and likes to show kindness and love to little Joshua.

Grace is the most gentle, sweet, and patient girl I’ve ever met. See how she wants to mother Josh 🖤⁣ ⁣ Grace was rescued from the dairy industry. Did you know that cows have to have a baby to produce milk?⁣ ⁣ They carry their babies for 9 months just like us. But the babies are taken from their Moms so that their breast milk can be sold for milk and other dairy products like cheese. These Moms have a baby taken away every year! Isn’t that crazy?⁣ ⁣ Healthy girls grow up to replace their Moms, and sick girls (like Grace) and boys are shipped to slaughter as a by product. The dairy industry actually created the veal industry as a way to make money off of all the unwanted babies.⁣ ⁣ I grew up thinking cows just made milk! I had no idea.
