The Elephant Nature Park rescued Kabu from a very abusive lifestyle as a working elephant. Her leg was injured, she had babies taken away from her. Her spirits were completely broken.
For four years, Kabu chose to keep to herself even as other rescued elephants made attempts to befriend her. But one day everything changed.
It seemed that she was waiting for someone. And that someone finally showed up.
