Dad is admiring a 1973 Corvette Stingray he sees in a restaurant parking lot because it reminds him of his old car that he had to sell to help raise kids. While reminiscing and telling stories, his daughter hands him the keys.
The license plate reads "YDHT" which stands for "You Didn't Have Too". She chose that because he is not her biological father, he was dating her mother when she was a little girl and took on the responsibility and adopted her and raised her like she was his own.
"My dad is an amazing man," she said. "He gave so much even when he didn't have to! We are so thankful to give him this car back!
