Traveling Can Be Lonely, So JetBlue Asks People To Dine With A Stranger
January 22, 2018
The airport is full of people from all different places, offering a great opportunity to connect with someone new. Yet in actuality, we rarely do. Instead, we sit alone and stare at our phones.
To change that, JetBlue created a pop-up restaurant with Coca-Cola that gave travelers the chance to share a meal before takeoff. The catch? They had to eat with a complete stranger.
I love this idea. Many of us feel so alone when we are traveling, and we really aren't, we just think we are.
