Shirtless Hero Doesn't Give Up Trying To Save A Frightened Dog Who Had Fallen Through Ice

In this video captured by Alexander Levoshov, a Russian man jumps to the rescue when he sees a struggling dog that had fallen through the ice.

According to Levoshov, emergency services showed up just after the man had pulled the dog out of the freezing water and the dog was taken back to his home.
