Without Any Lyrics, This Man's Song About His Best Friend Brings Everyone To Tears

The Sami people, also spelled Sámi or Saami, are the indigenous Finno-Ugric people inhabiting the Arctic area of Sápmi, which today encompasses parts of far northern Norway, Sweden, Finland.
A "joik" is a traditional Sami form of song. According to music researchers, joik is one of the longest living music traditions in Europe, and is the folk music of the Sami people.
This is an amazing example of a joik, performed by a man on Sweden's Got Talent. The original song, which contains no lyrics, is about the passing of his best friend. When he hits the high notes, my eyes began to water.
