After a very successful festival circuit, running on over 180 film festivals and winning more than 50 awards, Jacob Frey and Markus Kranzler decided that it's finally time to share "The Present" with the rest of the world.
In the short film, based on a comic strip by Brazilian artist Fabio Coala, a boy gets a box from his mom only to find a puppy inside with one leg missing. At first he dismisses the dog, but then he grows on him.
The film touched so many hearts and received so many awards, Frey and Kranzler were both hired by Disney.
