Every year, John Lewis comes out with a new Christmas advert that always hits really deep. This is the story of a young girl named Lily. Looking at the moon through her family telescope one night, she is amazed at what she finds, a man on the moon.

The advert is highlighting the elderly who have to spend Christmas alone. To some, they are so alone they may as well be on the moon.
