Natalia and her daughter, Pearl, love ballet. But when Natalia heard about the New York City Ballet's outreach program for kids, Natalia was worried to bring her daughter. Pearl has Cerebral Palsy.
She didn't want Pearl to be the focus of other people's stares and comments, so she wrote the NYC Ballet a letter, requesting a private session.
