She Cuts Into Red Onions And Puts Them In The Oven. They Come Out As Delicious Flowers

This is a really great (and simple!) recipe using red onions that end up looking just like flowers.

The recipe is simple: Place the cut onions in a bowl and gently toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 425F for 25 to 30 minutes until onions have opened up and are nearly tender. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more. Now they're ready to serve!
