Retired Dad Finds His True Calling Cuddling Babies in the NICU

After a multi-decade career as a local government manager and raising two kids of his own, soft-spoken, kind-hearted retiree, Dave Whitlow was looking for a new way to make a difference.

He found it in the neonatal intensive care unit.

He's cuddled and held more than 500 children.

"It's the best gig I've ever had," he said.
