His Kids Wanted To Help With His Videos, So He Let Them Narrate — It’s The Cutest Thing

January 25, 2026

When a baker in Washington needed a little help with his videos, his kids stepped in and completely stole the show.

The owner of Alida’s Bakery in Everett, Washington shared a behind-the-scenes video from the shop, but with a twist: instead of his usual narration, his children took over. The video shows day two of making horchata croissant dough, along with other bakery prep work, all enthusiastically narrated by the baker’s kids.

“My kids always want to help out at the bakery, especially with making my videos,” the proud dad wrote. “This video is day two of the horchata croissant dough along with a bunch of other work at the bakery—all narrated by my kids.”

Their playful commentary turned a normal workday into something extra special. The baker said his kids “really outdid themselves” and admitted the narration was so funny he’s watched the video about 100 times.

Viewers couldn’t get enough of it either. The wholesome family moment quickly racked up millions of views, proving that sometimes the secret ingredient isn’t just butter or flour—it’s letting your kids be part of the magic.

@bakedbynech My kids always want to help out at the bakery especially with making my videos 😊 This video is day two of the horchata croissant dough along with a bunch of other work at the bakery all narrated by my kids. My kids really outdid themselves on this one 😂 It was absolutely hilarious listening to it. I’ve probably listened to it like 100 times ❤️ #bakery #halal #food #kurdish #dayinmylife ♬ original sound - bakedbynech
