The video shows Stephanie George racing to her neighbor’s home, carrying her 7-year-old son, Sebastian, who has special needs and was in severe distress.

As George reached her neighbor’s door, she was on the verge of dialing 911 but panicked when she saw Sebastian turning blue. That’s when her neighbor, Gary Hutchinson, stepped in.

Thanks to his CPR training, Hutchinson was able to perform life-saving measures on the child until he could breathe again.
