A woman named Kelly recently settled into her new home. She was surprised by a visit from her 98-year-old neighbor, who has lived in the neighborhood for 52 years.

The elderly neighbor arrived with a cake to welcome Kelly, sharing his hope that she would love the neighborhood as much as he has over the years.
