Baby Koala Clings To Mom During Recovery From Car Accident

After a car accident, a mother koala and her joey were rescued and transported to Port Stephens Koala Hospital, renowned for their expertise in rehabilitating and releasing koalas into their natural habitat.
Both the mother and her baby are showing remarkable progress and are on the path to recovery.
"Mikayla and bub Sharon continue to improve to the degree they have been transferred to ICU 4 with open perching allowing both to move around and climb," the hospital said.
