A Group Of Dads Started A Dance Group And They're Becoming Very Popular On TikTok
June 14, 2023
The Outta Puff Daddys are a group of middle-aged dads who like to dance. It all started when a group of seven friends living in Brighton, England, performed a surprise routine at their kids' dance recital.
The group has grown to about 50 men since they started making videos on TikTok three years ago.
"Ultimately, our message is about trying to break the stigma surrounding mental health — in particular, men talking," one dad said. "(And) helping others and encouraging others to put a support network around them so that when a crisis point happens, they have the support group there to help them."
