Family Surprises Sanitation Workers With Snacks And Drinks

"This made my entire day," Emily Fauver captioned her post.

In the TikTok video, Fauver and her husband surprised their sanitation workers with drinks and snacks on a hot summer day in California.

Fauver said she and her husband had just finished some "spring cleaning" so there was a lot of extra trash that day.

"He wanted to leave them something to show appreciation for picking up our extras when it wasn’t their job to," Fauver said of her husband. "I didn’t even know he was doing this until I saw him taking the cooler outside, and then he left for work."

Fauver decided to record the surprise to show her husband their reactions. "Then I realized it was too touching to not share," she said.
