Man Finally Finds 'The Best Caterpillar In The World' In Peru

A convincing disguise transforms the hawk moth caterpillar into a snake to ward off potential predators. When facing a potential threat, the hawk moth caterpillar takes the form of a viper.
"I finally found the caterpillar that I've been wanting to meet for a long time," says Mark Bowler in the video. "This is the best caterpillar in the world."
Mark found the caterpillar in the ACR Maijuna on the Rio Napo, Peru.
