Here's a video that will bring you to tears.
Charlie Gibson took his 84-year-old grandfather to Manchester City's final game of the season last weekend. His grandfather has dementia, but has been a Man City fan since he was six years old.
The game was very important, too. To win the league, Man City had to win the game. They were down 2-0 to Aston Villa at half time and came back to win 3-2.

"Thanks so much for all the messages, love and support but most importantly raising awareness for [dementia] & [alzheimers]. It's why I share our times & to show you can still have memories," Gibson said.
