Instacart Shopper Felt Something Was Off, Then Saved A Family's Life

A grocery delivery and pick-up service employee helped save the lives of two people by speaking up when she sensed something was wrong.

Jessica Higgs posted a video to TikTok about the incident which has garnered more than 17 million views.

"If you see something, say something," she says.

Higgs says she was instructed to drop the bags off on the porch, but something internally told her to go inside the house.

"I got there and something was telling me, 'You've got to help this man out'," she recalls in the video. "You're not supposed to go inside someone's house, but I used my judgment and I brought the groceries inside."
