Kids Raise Money To Buy Scooter For Veteran With Mobility Problems

A group of kids that helps veterans and the elderly in their community surprised an Army veteran with a new scooter.

The veteran, named Frank, has trouble walking and getting around, so the kids raised money to buy him an electric scooter.
