One of the biggest questions about McDonald's food is about what goes into their Chicken McNuggets.
Is it real chicken? Is the whole chicken used including the beaks and feet? Those "pink slime" pictures - is it really an ingredient in Chicken McNuggets?
For the first time, McDonald's allowed a reporter into one of their five facilities in the United States that makes Chicken McNuggets.
