This past February the Wilson family's 5 year-old son, Jayden, was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor. For his birthday, Dad wanted to do something really special.

Mike Wilson bought a replica Spiderman suit and jumped off the roof of their house to surprise Jayden with a visit from his favorite superhero.
"I'm so proud I managed to do this for him, and secretly filmed the surprise with my Go Pro 3," Mike Wilson said on his YouTube account.
