Two firefighters in Reading, MA went above and beyond their duties to help ease the fears of a little girl stuck in an elevator with her mother and baby brother.
When the firefighters arrived to rescue 4-year-old Kaelyn Kerr and her family, they had to help them up a ladder and over a wall to get to safety. That’s when little Kaelyn began to panic.

When the rescuers learned of Kaelyn’s love of the recent Disney movie "Frozen," Scott Myette played "Let It Go," the iconic song from the movie, on his phone. Myette and his partner, John Keough then started to sing along in hopes of helping Kaelyn relax.
"It worked," Keough told My Fox Boston. "We got her to a point where she was comfortable with us and up the ladder we went, right up and over, no problem."
