I'm still having trouble believing this is real. It's no surprise that unwanted stray animals are roaming the streets all over the world, but this little guy might be one of the most shocking transformations I've seen yet.
He had so much filthy, matted fur that he barely resembled a dog. The rescuers honestly thought he was a pile of trash.
