In the viral video, Darts approached Linda and asked if she had anything for him to eat. Despite her own struggles, Linda's generosity shone through as she offered him food and even gave him extra.
Touched by her kindness, Darts discovered that Linda was homeless. To show his gratitude, he surprised her with $1,000 on the spot.

Linda's life has since been completely transformed. "My life has completely changed," she told ABC 7. "There's nothing, hardly anything left from the old life."
With the funds raised, Linda has secured a place to live in Costa Mesa and purchased a van, giving her a new sense of stability and mobility.
Both Linda and Darts agree that a simple act of kindness can have a profound and lasting impact.
