Todd and Tara Storch were left heartbroken after losing their 13-year-old daughter, Taylor, in a tragic skiing accident.
Six months later, Tara was given the opportunity to hear her daughter's heart beat one last time.
Taylor's heart was donated to Patricia Winters, who had been suffering from a heart condition known as cardiomyopathy. The two families created a special bond during the process.
