Matt Kemp reunites with terminally ill fan, flies him to Los Angeles
May 29, 2013
Weeks ago Matt Kemp visited a terminally ill fan after a baseball game in the stands giving him the jersey off his back, along with his shoes. If you missed that story you can check it out here.
Kemp hasn't forgot about Joshua Jones. This past week he flew Joshua and his family to a home game in Los Angeles where he could actually spend time with him on the field. The last time the two met, it was an away game for L.A. in San Francisco.
Kemp brought Joshua out onto the field and introduced him to a bunch of his pro athlete friends before the game during warm ups. You can tell from the video that Joshua didn't even have words for what was happening around him.
