When Susan and Jeff Grant returned home, they found a hand-written note left by a firefighter known only as Ray B.

The Grants hope the firefighter or someone who knows him sees their Facebook post.

In an interview with their local news, Jeff had a message for Ray: "If you see this broadcast and can get a hold of us somehow or we can get hold of you somehow, I just want to give you a great big hug."
