Couple Is Evacuated During Wildfire, Returns Home And Finds Note From Firefighter

A California couple is hoping to track down a firefighter who took care of their home while they were evacuated during the Carr Fire.

When Susan and Jeff Grant returned home, they found a hand-written note left by a firefighter known only as Ray B.

The note said he watered their plants and looked after their turkeys.

The Grants hope the firefighter or someone who knows him sees their Facebook post.

In an interview with their local news, Jeff had a message for Ray: "If you see this broadcast and can get a hold of us somehow or we can get hold of you somehow, I just want to give you a great big hug."
