Volunteer Reads Book To Man's Son While He Donates Blood
May 5, 2017
A photo of a volunteer reading a book to a little boy is touching the hearts of thousands.
Dad shared the heartwarming picture on Reddit and wrote the following caption:
"Today's my birthday so I wanted to do something significant. I didn't want to leave my son in daycare but didn't consider that he couldn't accompany me to the blood donation area. The lady pictured was so sweet and sat with him for about 45 minutes. They read books, played with toys and had snacks. Great experience and makes me feel good to be human."
