In high school, Caleb Francis decided to take American Sign Language instead of Spanish or French like most students - a skill he didn't know would come in handy post graduation.

While servicing a deaf customer at Taco Bell, he noticed that the customer was becoming very distressed because he didn't know how to order some specific details to his order. Luckily, Caleb knew just what to do!
