Here's a news story worthy of a smile!
Last week, the Baltimore County Fire Department responded to a fire at an apartment building in Parkville, Maryland. Thankfully, the firefighters were able to quickly contain the flames and rescue the family puppy.
Firefighter Walter Sanders was photographed carrying the "smiling" pooch out of the burning building to safety.
A member of the department was able to capture a few photos of the amazing moment. The department posted the photos of the rescue and aftermath to Facebook.
