The Buffalo, Minnesota police department is giving back to the community in an unusual, yet simple way this holiday season.
As part of a Secret Santa program called "Bounce Back", officers are visiting homes of the less fortunate and surprising them with random acts of kindness.
So far, the Buffalo Police Department has given out nearly $1,500.
