I was getting my car serviced and was chatting up a guy who was also waiting for his car to be ready.

We were discussing how much our country is divided by politics, race, religion…everything. I put my hand next to his and said “even though our skin is a different color, we both have red blood.”

His car was done before mine and he left. His service advisor came running over to me and asked if I knew the man I was speaking to.

I told him I did not, just a random stranger.

He proceeded to show me a credit card receipt and said “the man you were talking to just left us $100 toward your car repair.”

So I ask you, was it a random act of kindness, karma or maybe a little bit of both?
