Healing Comes In Unexpected Shapes

My therapist told me to find something that makes me laugh.

Depression since 2019. Nothing worked.

Meds, yoga, journaling. Then I saw someone's TikTok worm and actually smiled.

First time in months.

Spent all night learning to crochet.

This stupid worm saved me.

Now I make them for people going through it. Send them on with notes: "For when nothing else works."

Got a message yesterday. "Your worm made my kid laugh after her dad died."

Guess we're all just trying to find our worms.
