I just love it. It makes others feel good and it makes me feel good. I know it is such a small act of kindness, but I know how amazing I feel when I get a compliment or if someone compliments me back.

I work with children and I absolutely love giving kids compliments. It's nice to see their little faces light up, I know that kids are just so mean at times and when you're young it can really beat down your self confidence. Especially for my more unique kids, I want them to know I think they're cool.
