My Mum Has Dementia
By Sasha • November 15, 2023
My mum has dementia.
She always wears red and has been known to give flowers and chocolates to random people to make them smile as a random act of kindness.
She is going downhill and is sleeping a lot. She’s not sure what’s going on.
She used to go to the local grocery store almost everyday. The past 6 months it’s been rare and I do her shopping.
People have noticed and often ask me how she is and that they miss her.
Today when I went to care for her, I found this….. so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes.
I love our town.
