Hello!

Today I was very fortunate to have been served by a younger man, Conner, at Battery World. I went with my portable, mini, mobility scooter and what I thought was a dead battery.

Connor checked my battery, checked my charger, soldered the connection to the battery (I did buy the scooter second hand and had replaced a battery)! He explained the best way to use the scooter, when to charge, when to recharge and how to best get the most out of my battery.

All for no charge!

Connor certainly went above and beyond in his customer service! Thank you kind Sir!

As I await my powered wheelchair, I feel much happier with how to care for and use my mobility scooter, all thanks to Connor's kindness.
