Angel Francis

By Pauline • October 14, 2021

Today we received kindness from a total stranger. Our son has an intellectual disability but has been catching the bus home from work for a long time with no (well, not many) issues.

Not today.

Today he had a fall and smashed his face up pretty well. A lady saw him in our neighbourhood and took him to the local doctor who said to take him to emergency. So she drove another 15 min to the hospital and waited with our son until my husband arrived. What a treasure of a human!

Now we're still in triage waiting for the doctor. Son seems OK, but he may need stitches. He's more worried about missing out on his dinner!! So he must be feeling OK.

Our angel's name was Francis. That's all we know. Bless her!
