Gaining Trust
By Sadie • October 9, 2019
If any cat has taught me one thing, it's patience. Patience for others and not freaking out over the small things.
There was a little tabby cat (nicknamed Hash by the town) that always lurked around the park where I go daily. Every day I fed it little snacks that I carried with me, and usually it would stay away from me.
Yesterday, it let me pet it for the first time in 6 months. I was in tears that this cat trusted me at all.
Moral is: Please always be patient and kind. That's the basics of trust.
