He Came To Say Goodbye

Our dog Buddy was 13 years old when he died. He was a great pet and always was ready to play or go for a ride in my truck. We had gotten up and gone to the kitchen.

Buddy walked in a few minutes later, stopped; and looked at both of us slowly, then laid down.

I went to pet him and realized he had died.

I'd like to believe he walked all that way to say good bye.
