I Now Know Who I Am

A huge part of my life so far as a 15 year old is that I found who I am. At only 9 years of age a catastrophic event happened in my life. I moved away from my home town with my dad to a different county. things got so bad my mental health was not in a good place I was in hospital 3 months in a row because I just I didnt want to be here anymore. the earth wasn't the place I wanted to be I thought nobody cares nobody wants me here anymore. in 2016 I made the decision to stop contact with a close family member who was manipulating these words these horrible sayings into my head. this made me even more low and think nobody cared even ore. the summer of 2016 I moved again in with my sister away from my dad as a new start. I started a new school and found someone that understands me like no one else does she is the bests friend any could ask for. when I moved I realised that the person I was in 2016 was not the person I wanted to be in 2017 I said to myself Rachel you are bright you are intelligent and people do care. To me the realisation that the person feeding all that bad input in my life had disappeared. Now I'm at school I'm achieving my grades I'm happy sometimes I have to be selfish and put myself before others. I just want anyone who reads this that there is a light at the end of every tunnel you were brought to this earth because you are strong enough to handle it.
I now know who I am and I am proud of who I am.
