Do You Ever Just Sit Down Thinking 'What Have I Become?'
By mindful fox • January 15, 2018
It is way more helpful to think "What have I NOT YET become?" instead.
For all those who feel on their way down instead of an up - I was in near-death situations and crying myself in the pillow out of loneliness too, I get you. But it made me who I am. And your downs are also making you who you are too. And it made me neglect the attitude of constantly losing something, because rather than thinking that I lost money, girlfriend, father, right leg, I am thinking of what did I gain. And you can always say that you gain experience. That you learned how to behave in difficult situations, and how to really appreciate what you had and what you have right now.
