My Father Holds No Ground

I've always felt like he has never loved me so I don't love myself. I don't deserve to feel that way. I've built amazing things, have great relationships, my step dad and I have reconnected, and everything is falling in place. I just have to seize it in the moment. Realize I can do it and do it. Words mean nothing. Actions mean everything. Show up, be there for yourself and others.

You deserve it and they do too.
