My name is Freddy De'Ath and I am a Personal Trainer, Children's Fitness Coach and FA Level 2 Football Coach.

I am from a small town in Cambridgeshire called Huntingdon and recently moved out to Los Angeles with my wife and 2 children to work as a Soccer Coach for a British company called GB Soccer School.

At 16 years old I gained a football scholarship at Professional Soccer Club Peterborough United FC but after several injuries and the realization that I wasn't going to make it as a professional footballer I left after the second year of my scholarship.

I trialed at many other clubs and was bitterly disappointed but chose a new career as a Personal Fitness Instructor.

I have always been one for trying new things and my career has taken me from being a Window Cleaner, Personal Trainer, Owning my own cleaning company, Putting on Music events and running my own children's fitness program called Fit 4 Kidz for which I won a couple of local awards including Best New Community Program in my area.

Sometimes it takes years of being unsuccessful and doing things that you don't particularly want to do before you find your true passion!!!

Last year I was given an opportunity to move out to Los Angeles to work for a soccer coaching company called GB Soccer School.

Although it was a tough decision leaving family and friends behind.There has not been 1 morning where I have woke up and regretted my decision.

The kids love it here and the wife is slowly adjusting.

Just wanted to send this in to inspire anybody that thinks anything is too fat away from them.

I am truly living the dream.

Seeing that Hollywood Sign on my way to work just inspired me every day!
