They Thought They Adopted A Micro-Pig, But It Was A Scam... That Completely Changed Their Lives
December 21, 2014
Steven Jenkins and Derek Walter thought they were getting a micro-pig, but it turned out to be a scam. It was in fact - just a piglet.
But that scam completely changed their lives...
Esther continued to get bigger and bigger, and they soon realized she was not a micro-pig. She was a regular pig, but they decided to keep her anyway.
Two years later, that piglet weighs 670 pounds!
They fell in love with her.
But raising a BIG pig is not for everyone. As you can guess, she requires a LOT of food!
Here's a nice size comparison. Those are not small dogs.
But she has no trouble fitting in.
In fact, she makes all sorts of friends, big or small.
Partners in crime getting a midnight snack. "Cover me, I'm going in."
She loves wearing clothes, especially Tutus.
And snuggling by the fire.
She loves attention, and getting dirty.
And she loves the holidays.
But being loved is her favorite of all.
Jenkins and Walter were so deeply affected by their life with Esther that they have become vegans, and are devoting their lives to building an animal shelter.
