Anniversary Gift Goes Hilariously Wrong — Or Maybe Perfectly Right

One couple’s anniversary gift from the mother-in-law has the internet in stitches.
She gave them a thoughtful monogrammed vase, but when the couple unwrapped it, they noticed the letters spelled out something a little… unexpected. With the husband’s first initial “A,” the wife’s “S,” and their shared last name also starting with “S,” the vase proudly reads: “ASS.”

Whether it was an innocent oversight or an intentional joke, the husband didn’t say. But either way, the internet can’t get enough. After he shared the gift on Reddit, the post racked up more than 50,000 likes and plenty of hilarious comments.
One person summed it up best: “So this would be something I would display forever and would be a cherished possession for all time lol.”
