In the magical world of Harry Potter, where spells and enchantments reign supreme, one woman found herself on an unexpected linguistic journey.
That's because she mistakenly ordered the Scottish dialect version of "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone", the first novel of the Harry Potter series written by J.K Rowling.

Her boyfriend shared a screenshot of the first page to a Harry Potter forum.
"My girlfriend accidentally bought the Scottish dialect version of the Philosopher's Stone and it's absolutely fantastic," he titled the post.

Instead of "The Boy Who Lived," readers were introduced to "The Laddie Wha Lived," setting the tone for a whimsical and thoroughly entertaining ride.
Lines like "thank ye verra much" and "he wis a muckle beefy-boukit man" greeted readers, showcasing the delightful twist on familiar phrases.
As one commenter aptly put it, "This is fantastic, but reading more than a paragraph makes my brain hurt."
